To produce exactly what you have in mind and to avoid any confusion, please use the following checklist before submitting your files for production:

Order
• Check sizes, quantities, material instructions, deadlines and delivery information quoted on the estimate.

Files
• Identify graphic application (Illustrator, Photoshop, freehand, InDesign, etc.), version used and on which platform (MAC or PC).
• Send us only the final file you want us to produce in .eps, .pdf, .tif, .ai, or .jpeg.
• Any files that need to be cut should be provided as .ai or .eps files.
• Please provide “native” files that are produced from the software in which you started the design.
• Include ALL files (fonts*, links, imports, and embedded graphics)

Text
• Please make sure all text elements are outlined (vectorized) so that they will print correctly and to eliminate the need to send us the font. *If you have to send the font files, please make sure to include all fonts used even the standard fonts especially if they have been renamed.

Proportions
• Proportions of file must match proportions of final output.

Resolution
• All raster elements (pictures and effects) must be at least 150 DPI at full size.

Color
• RGB files are preferred because they provide a wider color gamut. We try our best to accurately reproduce Pantone colors but cannot guarantee a perfect match. If files are in CMYK, please include PMS equivalents for any critical colors.

Sending files electronically:

• Please send pdf’s to be used as “hard copies.”
• All replacement files must have a different name than the file originally submitted.
• If you have a large file, please email graphics@puremediasigns.com to request our ftp site address.
