In late January, 2011 Penrose Square opened their temporary Pre-Leasing space. For a short period of time Penrose Square Pre-Leasing will call 2611 Columbia Pike home until the official Penrose Square Leasing Office is opened at their new Urban Apartment Home site. We helped them 'dress' their window, they needed something that would reflect the urban and modern apartments they are building and let everyone know the Pre-Leasing site is open!

Pure Media Sign Studio also handled all the necessary permitting to make this project possible.

We love the architectually drawn apartment building window feature, printed on crisp white fabric panels and mounted on aluminium hanging systems. Cut and printed vinyl lettering installed on the glass window panes, compliment this modern, sleek look.
